Hellas Group Greek Team Building in Nemea

On January 16, Hellas Group brought together teams from across our group for a meaningful team-building day in Nemea, created to strengthen connection, encourage idea-sharing, and celebrate the start of the year in a way that felt both authentic and joyful.

Colleagues from My Odyssey, Erosantorini, Eros Cyprus, Elaion & Evoolution, Tselepos/Driopi, and Hellas Group China & Cyprus spent the day side by side, stepping away from daily routines and into a setting where culture, local craftsmanship, and teamwork naturally come together.

Nemea was the perfect place for this gathering. With its archaeological heritage and its long-standing wine tradition, it offered the right balance of inspiration and grounding, allowing everyone to connect through shared experiences while also reflecting on what we are building together as a group.

A Day Designed Around Shared Experiences

The day began with our departure from Monastiraki Square and arrival in Nemea, where the group enjoyed a guided archaeological tour that added context and depth to the destination. From there, the experience moved into the vineyards, with a winery and vineyard visit at Driopi, highlighting the care, expertise, and local identity that make this region so distinctive.

With everyone gathered, the day continued with company presentations and talks, creating space for teams to exchange ideas, align on priorities, and better understand the work and direction of each brand within the group. It was a valuable moment of cross-team visibility, and a reminder that collaboration becomes easier and stronger when we take time to listen, share, and learn from one another.

Celebrating the New Year, the Greek Way

No New Year gathering in Greece feels complete without tradition, so the afternoon naturally led into a shared lunch and the Vasilopita cutting ceremony. This moment was more than symbolic; it captured what we want to carry into the year ahead: unity, good energy, and the confidence that comes from moving forward together.

Two Group Formats, One Shared Purpose

To make the experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone, the itinerary ran in two formats. Group 1 completed the full-day program and returned to Athens in the late afternoon, while Group 2 continued into the evening with dinner and an overnight stay in Nemea, followed by a relaxed morning before returning to Athens on January 17.
